Following a post Covid review of the arrangements for the Mid Wales Joint Committee it was agreed that the meeting schedule would be reduced to two meeting a year. A Spring meeting would set out the MWJC's priorities for the year ahead and an Autumn meeting would provide an update on the MWJC's work in relation to those priorities.
On the 14th November 2023 the first meeting under these new arrangements took place with the MWJC Autumn meeting being held in Builth Wells following the first day of the Rural Health and Care Wales Conference. The meeting was a hybrid event with attendees also joining through Microsoft Teams.
